The Board of Directors of the Northeast Tennessee Local Workforce Development Board all services provided and guide the staff in the development of local plans, research and analysis. The Board also oversees the convening of area stakeholders, partners, and employers to ensure that workforce investment activities meet the needs of employers and support economic growth.
